When I was growing up I always wanted to be a
cake baker. My dad would watch Cake Boss, and all these Food Network shows
about making these amazing looking cakes. Loving dessert’s especially cakes
helped sell me on becoming a baker. But as I grew up things changed but I
still have a passion for making cakes for fun. So on Pinterest I have a board
designated to cakes. There are birthday, wedding, bachelorette, baby shower and
many more kinds of cakes.
My
favorite cakes are the wedding ones because some are small, and delicate, but
have so much intricate detail that they look amazing. But then there’s the
extreme six layers massive flowers and just over the top creations. Having this
board gives me ideas for my own weddings, and my aunt actually used one of the
cakes from my board for her wedding cake. These cakes are works of art, and the
best thing about Pinterest is that each cake has a link to either the baker
themselves, or a website to there business so it brings new customers to these
bakers.
